Apex stores source-qualified provenance for exported values. Buyer snapshots and API responses include the upstream source record where redistribution rights allow it, so a downstream model can cite the original regulator or manufacturer feed.
Field-level fill rates are measured across the current variant snapshot. Sparse fields are still documented because they can be important for regulatory, EV, safety, or emissions workflows.
